What
utilities are included in rent and what am I responsible for?
We
include trash service and one surface lot parking in your rent, when available.
Residents are responsible paying electric (paid directly to DTE based on
usage), renters insurance and the water utility billed through Think via the
portal. WOW! Is the internet and cable provider and set up individually by
residents as well.
Do
you allow pets?
Yes, we
are a pet friendly community! We welcome cats and dogs (a few breed
restrictions apply) with a maximum of two pets allowed per home. Upon move in
there is a $350 nonrefundable pet fee due per pet. Additionally, there is a $50
pet rent, per pet, billed with your rent each month.
What
do I need to do to apply?
We
can’t wait to welcome you as a new resident! Reserving your next home is super
easy! You can fill out your application online by visiting the floorplans tab
on our website. For your application to be submitted we require a $50
application fee per adult.
Do
you have any preferred employers?
We
absolutely do! Please contact our leasing office to learn more about our
preferred employers and what perks they receive upon move in!
What
options do I have for parking?
Every
resident receives on free surface lot parking that is first come first serve
when available. If you would like to upgrade we have limited carports for $25
per month or under the building for $50 per month.
I
want to apply for a specific floor level, how can I tell what floor an
available apartment is on?
When looking at our available
homes you will see that there are homes in the one hundreds, two hundreds, and
three hundreds. This correlates with the floor level. For example, 101 will be
on the first floor, 201 will be on the second floor and 301 will be on the
third floor.
Do
you have in-unit washers and dryers?
Yes!
No need to leave the comfort of your home to do laundry!
What
will my security deposit be?
Security
deposits for fully approved applicants start at $400 but could be up to 1.5x
rent depending on application approval.
